Football fans will once again have a place to gather this summer as Renaissance Marketplace brings back its World Cup Square, broadcasting every FIFA World Cup match live on the biggest outdoor screen in Aruba from June 11th through July 19th.
Located at the Main Stage, World Cup Square will feature live broadcasts of every match, allowing locals and visitors to experience the excitement of the tournament together in a shaded outdoor setting.
One match that is expected to draw special attention locally is Curaçao’s matchup against Germany on June 14th. As our sister island takes the world stage, many in Aruba will undoubtedly be cheering on the Blue Wave and showing their support throughout the tournament.
Visitors can also take part in the World Cup Prediction Contest for a chance to win up to $1,000 in Renaissance Marketplace gift certificates. Participants are invited to predict the tournament winner and the final match score, with winners announced after the championship match.
