Hostaria Da’ Vittorio
Hostaria Da’ Vittorio, established in March 2000, was founded by renowned Master Chef Vittorio Muscariello, the culinary mind behind some of Aruba’s most prestigious Italian restaurants, including Valentino’s and La Trattoria El Faro Blanco. With this new venture, Chef Muscariello sought to create an authentic Italian dining experience, using genuine Italian ingredients to deliver the true flavors of Italian cuisine. Hostaria Da’ Vittorio features Aruba’s only traditional Forno al Legna, producing exceptional pizzas and specialty dishes.
Conveniently situated in the High-Rise Hotels area, opposite the Hyatt Regency, the restaurant boasts an exterior reminiscent of a classic Aruban home. However, upon entering, guests are transported to an ambiance that feels distinctly Italian. The main dining room, ideal for larger gatherings, provides an opportunity to observe the skilled chefs at work in the open kitchen. It is centrally located near the bar, kitchen, restrooms, emergency exits, and entrance.
For those seeking a quieter setting, the glass-enclosed porch offers views of the terrace, while outdoor dining is available in the “Piazza,” styled after traditional Italian plazas. The terrace, surrounded by picturesque landscaping and featuring a fountain, is an excellent spot for cocktail parties, family gatherings, or group events, enhanced by the refreshing Caribbean breeze.
Hostaria Da’ Vittorio also includes a bar, waiting lounge, handicapped access, and private parking. The establishment offers separate restroom facilities, a multilingual staff, and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

The culinary foundation of this restaurant stems from the teachings of the founder’s Nonna (grandmother), along with invaluable lessons from both the founder’s mother and godmother. Calabria, a region rich in the tradition of Cucina Povera—a style of cooking focused on simplicity and using the finest available ingredients—greatly influenced their approach to food. Cucina Povera originated from Italy’s rural peasant communities, celebrating the resourcefulness of cooks who created remarkable dishes with affordable and accessible ingredients. Today, this southern Italian region is known not only for its breathtaking beaches but also for its exceptional cuisine, attracting visitors from around the world.
Capturing exact ingredient measurements in traditional recipes was always a challenge, as it was often an intuitive process, passed down through generations. These women had a natural understanding of flavors and techniques that could not always be written down. The founder is grateful for the wisdom imparted by these remarkable women and looks forward to sharing these cherished recipes. This restaurant is dedicated to Nonna Rosa, Mamma Caterina, and Zia Angela, all born and raised in Reggio Calabria.

Casa Tua Pizzeria
Victor Nataf, along with his sons David and Gregory, long-time residents of Aruba and owners of Casa Tua Pizzeria, trace their culinary heritage back to Provence, a renowned region in the south of France, nestled between the French Alps and the Riviera.
The family’s journey into the world of pizza began in 1969 in the charming town of Montpellier, where Michel Nataf, the eldest of the four Nataf siblings, became an apprentice to a Sicilian Pizza Master. This mentor was known for pioneering a distinctive style of thin-crust pizza, and Michel passed down his knowledge to his brother Victor. In turn, Victor taught Serge, and their sister Monique introduced her own culinary influences from French, Spanish, and Italian traditions, blending family recipes from the Mediterranean. Over time, the Nataf family operated up to 10 eateries across France and the Caribbean, eventually expanding to Curacao with three restaurants and Aruba with two.
In the second generation, Victor’s sons Gregory and David grew up immersed in the family business, becoming the creative forces behind Casa Tua, meaning “your home.” The two Casa Tua locations each offer their own distinct ambiance, with the signature thin-crust pizza remaining the star attraction.
At Casa Tua Pizzeria, located in Palm Beach, the brick oven churns out their renowned thin-crusted pizzas, complemented by savory pasta dishes. Guests dine in a relaxed, open-air setting under the stars. Classic Italian dishes like Osso Bucco di Vitello, Beef Carpaccio, and Tiramisu have made Casa Tua a popular destination, drawing crowds eager to experience its flavors. Whether for lunch, dinner, or simply drinks and snacks, Casa Tua truly feels like home.
The well-trained staff, known for their warmth and professionalism, are always ready to welcome guests with elegance and a smile.
