Their late-night menu includes items like burgers, wings, pinchitos, fried calamari, but also premium cut steaks. They are open daily from 11:00 PM till 6:00 AM.

Amore Mio Pizzeria Napoletana

At Amore Mio Pizzeria Napoletana you can enjoy the traditional Italian cuisine on the famous ‘strip’ in Palm Beach. A must-try is their signature dish – the authentic wood fired Neapolitan pizza, made from scratch with love and care. Yet you will find that their menu has options for any appetite: from homemade lasagna, and a fresh Rucola e Parmigiano Reggiano salad to a gluten-free crust pizza. Amore Mio is open daily until 1:00 AM.

Lola Taqueria

Lola is an authentic Mexican Taqueria in the heart of Aruba’s Palm Beach. Sharing a nice little spot with sister bar Craft, Lola is sure to delight your palate and stimulate your taste buds with fresh tacos, sumptuous cocktails, and an unmatched, groovy vibe. Lola is open daily, Sunday to Thursday until 1:00 AM, and Friday and Saturday until 3:00 AM.          

Tia Rosa Snack

Tia Rosa Snack offers one-of-a-kind Patacon sandwiches. Instead of buns or bread slices, Tia Rosa stuffs two flattened, seasoned, and pan-fried green plantains with flavorful delis and hot meat fillings, fresh toppings, and typical homemade sauces. Apart from her delightful Arepas, Empanadas, Buñuelos and other South American favorites, Tia Rosa passes an array of delicious local and international snacks down her friendly window. Her Aruban Pastechis, American burgers and hotdogs are equally capable of calming down the munchies. Before Savaneta and just after the Pos Chikito roundabout, the Tia Rosa truck can be spotted right off the main road on the right-hand side. Tia Rosa is open daily until midnight.

El Mexicano Food Truck

El Mexicano food truck, located in Noord, serves the finest Mexican bites, merging fresh ingredients, authentic Mexican flavors, and family recipes to tame those late-night munchies. The tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, tortas – anything that can be stuffed or topped – are handcrafted with love. El Mexicano also grills up juicy, marinated steaks, ribs or chicken, all accompanied by a more than decent portion of natural cut fries and tossed green salad. Picky eaters have a variety of platters to choose from, including chicken wings, hamburgers or hot dogs. El Mexicano is open Monday to Thursday until 3:00 AM and Friday and Saturday until 5:00 AM.

Julio’s Corner

Julio’s is located at the Bowling Parking lot in Noord and offers a variety of street food specialties from Venezuela. You have them all there: Pepitos (Venezuelan Sandwich), Patacón (Fried plantain sandwich), burgers, tequeños, tacos, arepas, hot dogs, wraps, and pizzas. But none of these are your regular items, they all have been crafted to resemble the Venezuelan flavor from the late-night food spots that are all over the cities there. Julio’s is open till 4:00 AM during weekends and till 2:00 AM on weekdays.

Candela Food Trailer

Candela Grill is a popular late-night food destination in Aruba that offers a delicious mix of Caribbean and Latin American flavors. This food truck is known for its flavorful dishes that are perfect for satisfying those late-night cravings. One of their most popular dishes is their Steak & Cheese and the Grilled Cheese Hotdog. Candela is conveniently located in Oranjestad and is open daily, Sunday to Thursday until 3:00 AM, Friday and Saturday until 4:00 AM.

Ruiz Take Away

Ruiz is situated in the lively district of Tanki Leendert. Ruiz is a local favorite and famous for their addictive anti-hangover potion, the Sopi Oester (Oyster Soup). Other specialties include the Pan cu Calco (Conch Stew Sandwich), the Steak Platter and the Boneless Chicken Platter. Ruiz is open Monday to Saturday until 4:00 AM.

BBQ Express Aruba

As the name suggests, this truck specializes in BBQ, with a menu including ribs, chicken, picanha, chorizo, tenderloin, rib-eye Steak and more. They also offer sides like loaded fries and rice with beans. The meat at BBQ Express is tender and flavorful, and it’s no wonder that this truck has become a favorite among locals and tourists alike. BBQ Express is open daily till 2:00 AM of weekdays and till 4:00 AM on weekends.
