DOW Aruba is set to begin the first phase of the Rodger’s Beach Parking Lot project on September 19, 2024. This project is part of the ongoing efforts to enhance public infrastructure and improve accessibility to one of the island’s popular beaches. During the construction period, the road leading to Rodger’s Beach will be temporarily closed up to the area near The Hut. To ensure continued access to the beach, visitors will be rerouted through The Hut or via the designated staircase.
The entire project is expected to span approximately 90 working days. To minimize disruption, the work will be carried out in multiple phases. This phased approach is designed to maintain as much access to the beach as possible, allowing beachgoers to continue enjoying the area while the improvements are made.
DOW Aruba greatly values the public’s patience and cooperation during this time and is committed to completing the project efficiently. While every effort will be made to minimize the impact on beach access, some inconveniences may occur.
