Queen Beatrix International Airport in Aruba has announced a significant expansion with the opening of a new USA Departure Hall, scheduled to be operational in early 2025. Official Ceremony and Government Support

Minister of Tourism, Dangui Oduber, attended the official handover ceremony for Phase 1-A of the Gateway 2030 project at the airport. He expressed his pride and admiration for the project’s progress, highlighting several key developments:

  • A new check-in area
  • A new baggage hall and baggage handling system
  • An extension of the USA check-in hall
  • Enhanced airside and landside connections for the USA departure hall
