As of next week Tuesday April 11th 2023, they will start removing and replacing the asphalt on L.G. Smith Boulevard between the turbo round about near Wendy’s all the way up to the ex DOW building. We wish to inform the Aruban public in general and especially drivers and pedestrians about construction that will be taking place in the area of L.G Smith.

Removal of the asphalt will be done in phases
Phase 1: Aruba Ports Authority all the way up to the Turbo round about (5 days)
Dates: 11 April until 17 April 2023
Time 7:00 p.m until 1:00 a.m
Phase 2: in front of Aruba Ports Authority (1 day)
Dates: 18 April 2023
Time 7:00 p.m until 1:00 a.m
Phase 3: near Noord Citgo Gas station L.G Smith Boulevard (3 days)
Dates: 19 April until 21 April 2023
Time 7:00 p.m until 1:00 a.m
Phase 4: Aruba Ports Authority all the way up to Citgo Gas Satation at Tanki gate #5 (1 day)
Dates: 20 April 2023
Time 7:00 p.m until 1:00 a.m
Phase 5: Near the south side of Citgo Gas Station L.G Smith boulevard (1 day)
Dates: 21 April 2023
Time 7:00 p.m until 1:00 a.m
The new asphalt will be laid and take two total days.

Alternate routes will be indicated by traffic signs as well as baracades, please be aware of delays and traffic.
