The holiday season officially begins tonight Friday December 5 as Merry Merry Marketplace opens at Renaissance Marketplace. The community is invited to enjoy a festive evening filled with holiday cheer and a special performance by Grupo di Betico. The group is one of Aruba’s most beloved local bands and their appearance sets the perfect tone for the start of the celebration.
Merry Merry Marketplace features the popular ice skating rink which is open every day from 6 PM to 10 PM. Families and visitors can stroll through the marketplace surrounded by festive décor meet Santa and his elves and enjoy live entertainment throughout the month.
All funds collected during the event will be donated to Mary Joan Foundation in support of their mission to help individuals affected by breast cancer. The marketplace offers a warm inviting space for families and friends to gather and celebrate the spirit of the season.
