AUA AIRPORT ANNOUNCES DIRECT FLIGHTS TO MEDELLIN

Aruba Airport Authority N.V., known as AUA Airport is very pleased to announce additional flights to Aruba. After a lot of negotiating, deliberation, and preparation, Aruba managed to convince Avianca to expand the number of flights to Aruba. In this case, the airline has secured four weekly flights from Medellin to Aruba, for the summer period; in the months of June, July, and August.

It concerns a new flight number AV 0113 which will start flying on the 13th of June 2023. As it is scheduled now, the flights will depart Medellin on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, at 10:35 am and arrive in Oranjestad at 1:20 pm. Here in Aruba, the flight back will be departing at 2:30 pm and arrive in Medellin by 3:30 pm. For these trips, Avianca will be using their Airbus model A320, which can carry no fewer than 150 passengers with 12 Business Class seats and 138 Economy Class seats.

In Medellin, you can connect easily

As soon as you reach Medellin, you have a large selection of other destinations to choose from with Avianca. Some of the options in Colombia are Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Bogota, Cali, Cartagena, Cucuta, Monteria, Pereira, Riohacha, and Santa Marta.

There are also many destinations outside of Colombia that Avianca can connect you to, such as Cancun (Mexico), Guayaquil (Ecuador), New York (USA), Madrid (Spain), Orlando (USA), Mexico City (Mexico), Miami (USA), Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), San Jose (Costa Rica), and Quito (Ecuador).
